Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Work in an
Agile Scrum environment
with daily stand-ups and ceremonies
Provide
production support , including log monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments
Implement enhancements and configuration changes across front-end and back-end systems
Analyze
JSP and jQuery
for UI behavior and client-side issues
Investigate
Spring Data JPA and Hibernate
for data access and persistence logic
Deploy fixes using
Jenkins, Git, and Splunk
Collaborate with QA and DevOps to maintain system stability and improve releases
Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Team & Culture
Three Scrum teams, approximately
6 developers per team
