Lancaster, PA.

Position Overview:
highly skilled Systems Administrator to support and manage a dynamic enterprise environment.
Strong technical background across VMware, Microsoft platforms, and infrastructure operations, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational administration for all server and desktop resources
Deliver senior-level technical support for all production systems
Maintain and enforce the company's information security standards and protocols
Ensure compliance with login and access security standards
Maintain standard server and desktop configurations and deployment methodologies
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency
Perform additional duties as assigned to support IT operations and business needs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent hands-on experience and/or relevant certifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Ability to proactively communicate issues and risks that may impact timelines or deliverables
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in VMware and Microsoft environments, including core networking capabilities
Proven experience managing VMware environments on Cisco infrastructure
Strong hands-on experience with:
Server provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management
Network routing and infrastructure support
Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
Domain policy management and enforcement.
Experience supporting casino-centric or highly regulated applications is a plus
Responsible for monthly patching and updates using ManageEngine or similar tools
Ability to manage and support enterprise storage and backup solutions, including:
Primary storage (Pure Storage)
Backup and recovery platforms (Rubrik).
Focus on maintaining and improving backup SLAs and data integrity
Will collaborate with internal team members and may take ownership of storage responsibilities to support workload distribution
Technical Environment:
VMware on Cisco infrastructure
Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy)
Pure Storage for primary storage solutions
Rubrik for backup and recovery (recently optimized to resolve over-allocation issues)
Future Focus:
Continued optimization of storage and backup environments
Strengthening backup SLAs and disaster recovery readiness
Supporting infrastructure scalability and operational efficiency
