Job Description
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years of receptionist experience required
• Education: High School diploma required
• Industry Background: Open to candidates from any industry
Must Have:
• Answer switchboard calls, direct individuals as they come into the office, forwarding calls. Capable of working independently, but knows when to reach out for assistance when needed.
• 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist
• Experience in Outlook, and TEAMS, must be able to form calendar invites, book conference rooms, use TEAMS for document uploads and chat.
• Have a professional and polished demeanor
Description:
Primary responsibilities include greeting guests, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner. The receptionist will manage incoming calls at the front desk, route calls to the appropriate parties, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization. Additional duties may include arranging conference room reservations, coordinating food deliveries, scheduling transportation services, and providing general administrative support as needed. Strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and a polished, professional presence are essential for success in this role. A High School diploma and relevant experience are required.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong multitasking ability

• Candidates with primarily customer service backgrounds (e.g., call center or front desk roles) are not ideal, as this position is strictly internal
