Receptionist (Entry-Level) – Contract | Onsite (5 Days)
Overview
We are seeking a
professional and detail-oriented Receptionist
to support daily front desk operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment while managing administrative coordination tasks.
This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls via switchboard and route them appropriately
Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting logistics
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and internal communications
Support office operations including handling deliveries and administrative tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting corporate office environments
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills
Work Requirements
Location:
Onsite (5 days per week)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours
Duration:
3-month contract (extension possible)
Work Authorization:
