We are seeking an Operations Billing Specialist with expertise in payment posting to support customers with our Explanation of Benefits conversion solution.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing Explanation of Benefits posting workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion, collaborating with the product team to provide feedback on process inefficiencies and identify opportunities to enhance system automation, establishing and maintaining scalable processes with a focus on payment posting accuracy and compliance, and building and refining customer support infrastructure to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
What we're looking for includes professional experience in billing, revenue cycle management, operations, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience, familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management and financial operations, demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues and develop scalable solutions, proven experience in streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all aspects of work, and the ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
