Dental Claims Manager
Pay Range: $20$24/hour

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in accurately posting payments and adjustments who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. In this role, you will play a key part in managing patient financial accounts and ensuring a smooth, accurate billing experience for both patients and insurance providers. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and dental billing expertise will be key to your daily responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Manage Dental Claims:
Posting Payments: Accurately post payments from both patients and insurance companies.
Claim resubmittals: Investigate unpaid or denied claims and collaborate with insurers to resolve issues promptly.
Patient Support: Send patient statements and assist with billing inquiries
Recordkeeping: Run insurance and patient reports to maintain precise and up-to-date patient billing records for compliance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with office teams to ensure efficient AR processes and revenue cycle operations.
What You Bring
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in dental payment posting, with strong knowledge of EOB (Explanation of Benefits) interpretation.
Skills: Strong understanding of dental insurance policies, limitations, exclusions, EOBs.
Personality: A detail-oriented team player who communicates effectively with both patients and insurance companies.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
