Locally owned and operated leading SERVPRO in business in Rhode Island area for over 34 years seeks to hire an admin coordinator.
Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator is the first person our customers speak to and can be the hero that helps them through their stressful day. This person will perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports. Incentive and bonus opportunities will be available.
Responsibilities
Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Coordinate job scheduling
Perform general administration duties
Assist other departments, as needed
Make outgoing customer quality satisfaction calls
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
3+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience and business experience
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
