Junior-Level Business Operations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated junior-level Business Operations Specialist to support multiple functional areas including Contracts, Finance, and Recruiting. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain broad exposure to business operations and contribute to the efficiency of day-to-day processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating administrative and operational tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support across Contracts, Recruiting, and Finance teams
Assist with contract tracking, document preparation, and compliance-related activities
Support full lifecycle recruiting efforts by reviewing and posting job positions, sourcing for qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records
Aid finance-related processes such as invoice tracking, expense reporting, and data entry
Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems and tools
Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and support process enhancements
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
What You Bring To The Table:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline)
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a business support or operations-related role
Prior experience with business systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and/or financial software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or similar business tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility to obtain a security clearance (TS/SCI with Polygraph)
Bonus Skills:
Prior experience in government contracting (e.g., Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community) is highly desired

Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline, and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself.
Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $55,000 - $65,000.
