What you'll be doing includes providing clerical support to agency management and supervisory personnel, answering inbound telephone calls, assisting with the hiring process for direct care staff, maintaining inventory of office supplies and medical supplies, assisting with the billing process, and attending meetings, community and outreach events.
What we're looking for includes a passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible, a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate, minimum of two (2) years' experience in a business setting, health care preferred, previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) required, demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs, demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, professional fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English language, and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
