What you’ll be doing
Provide clerical support to agency management and supervisory personnel.
Answer inbound telephone calls.
Assist with the hiring process for direct care staff.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and medical supplies.
Assist with the billing process.
Attend meetings, community and outreach events.
What we’re looking for
A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a business setting, health care preferred
Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) required
Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs
Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Professional fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English language
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
