Description
Essential Duties:
Unloading trucks UPS / FedEx / Motor Freight
Palletizing and boxing equipment for shipment
Banding/Strapping/Plastic wrap
Pull inventory items required by shop techs for assembly or for direct shipment to customers
Placing/maintaining inventory items in proper place in warehouse
Working with computer terminal to interface with order entry/order processing system
Operate forklift
Tag all items received
Place items received in staging, will call, or shop order areas
Load all shipping items on freight or dedicated trucks
Inventory cycle counts
Tag and stage NCR items
Retrieve all pick tickets off of printer and sort accordingly
Receive all PO into NAV after verifying correct material received in warehouse from packing
Verify materials needed for Production jobs have been sourced
Arrange for stock transfers of product needed for Production Jobs
Receive stock transfers from other branches into NAV
Investigate discrepancies on receiving and create NCR to follow up w/ Vendors as needed
The job calls for the responsiveness and energy to work long hours and cover a wide scope without letting up on the pace
While training in certain, specific equipment is offered, the successful candidate must be diligent in learning on their own from time to time
Collaborate with production support and site management daily to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Actively participate in company Safety Committee Meetings and communicate key points to the Technical team.
Show flexibility in adjusting daily tasks to effectively support our expanding service business.
This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.

Education and/or Work Experience:
High School or Equivalent
Experience in warehouse/inventory operations is PREFERRED
Prefer demonstrated stability in past work history
Demonstrated ability to work 7:30am to 4:30pm
