Location: Delray Beach, FL | Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an Office Receptionist to manage front office operations, provide executive-level support, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants a career growth path into an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadership.
As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients, you will create a welcoming, professional environment while managing calls, mail, office supplies, travel, and event coordination.
What You'll Do

Serve as the face of the corporate office-greet visitors and manage front desk operations
Answer, screen, and direct high-volume calls with professionalism
Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel, and event coordination
Manage mail, office supplies, food orders, and deliveries
Assist in planning company events, trade shows, and meetings
Support internal teams with general office operations and ad hoc projects
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for employees, customers, and visitors
Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience (not entry-level)
3-5+ years in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles
College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Corporate office experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy; Microsoft Office proficiency required; familiarity with AI tools a plus
Positive, proactive, team-first attitude

The base pay range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 annually, plus a variable bonus. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
