Summary
Title Clerks promote our Core Values by fostering a positive and collaborative work culture that aligns with Bud Clary's mission and principles. They are responsible for verifying licensing schedules for correct fees and the handling of the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles along with processing wholesale purchases and sales.

$20 - $24 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
Essential Duties
Processes all New and Used vehicle registrations for Washington state. Submitting all Legal documents to the Department of Licensing.
Processes all New and Used vehicle registrations for Out of state customers. Submitting all Legal documents to the Department of Licensing in that state.
Maintains/Cleans Wholesale and Licensing schedules weekly
Analyze and Process Buy Center/Street purchase
Analyze and Process Dealership wholesales/in store transfers
Prepares Payoff Checks for Buy Center/Street Purchases
Provide customers with Exceptional customer service
Accurately and efficiently work with the Department of Licensing offices
Processes yearly renewal of dealer tags in conjunction with GM and Controller
Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
Reports to Lead Title Clerk on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles/problems to them on a weekly basis.
Stays up to date of Title and document regulations
Email/Teams/In person Communication with Managers, leads and teammates
Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
Education & Experience
High School Graduate or GED Equivalency.
Preferred two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
