CNC Programmer / Fabricator Location: Massillon, Ohio Pay Rate: $33/hr. - $35/hr. Shift: 1st, Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm Manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Programmer / Fabricator to support production operations involving cast polymer, solid surface, and acrylic materials. This position combines CNC programming with hands-on fabrication work and requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and commitment to quality. Job Summary The CNC Programmer / Fabricator is responsible for creating and editing CNC programs, operating fabrication equipment, and producing finished parts that meet established specifications and quality standards. This role involves both programming and physical fabrication, requiring the ability to interpret drawings and work orders while maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout the production process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program CNC machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) to produce parts to specification Operate CNC equipment, saws, routers, and other fabrication tools Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine specifications Perform fabrication tasks such as assembly, edge finishing, mounting components, and completing cutouts Inspect and measure parts during and after production to ensure quality and tolerance requirements are met Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain maintenance logs Prepare completed products for shipment or installation, including final inspection and labeling Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with CNC programming and fabrication preferred Familiarity with CAM software and CNC machinery Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Requirements Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug test, physical/lift test, and background check) Ability to follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional and dependable work ethic Work Environment & Physical Demands Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and fumes Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to lift up to 150 pounds with assistance Requires close attention to detail and visual inspection of parts If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
