Position Summary:
Experience in an assisted living - memory care environment caring for older adults.
Providing direct personal care and supervision to residents in accordance with resident's individualized service plan.
Offer choices, maintain, and promote dignity and individuality in order to enhance the resident's individuality, satisfaction, and quality of life.
Respond quickly to resident alerts.
Maintain confidentiality of resident's information.
Protect & honor resident rights.
