Operations Intern
Working at Popejoy Hall, the largest performing arts center in New Mexico, this position assists with special projects and administrative tasks related to the Operations and Front of House departments at Popejoy Hall. This position will be responsible for routine projects including mailings, correspondence with volunteers as needed, assisting at annual training sessions for volunteers, project tracking, inventory tracking, and other miscellaneous tasks. May occasionally be asked to work nights and weekends at events, but most hours will be Monday through Friday during office hours. 15 hours per week required. Must be able to work over the summer as well as Fall and Spring Semester. Must be able to start by May 1, 2026.
Preferred Qualifications - Detail-oriented, well organized, self-starter. Good communication skills. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
