Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff and management.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or relevant administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
