General Laborer
Complete various tasks involved in the manufacturing of bus bars, connectors, machined parts, and aluminum extrusions. Assist with grinding, deburring, spot welding, and various other duties. May be involved with iron bending tasks and utilize equipment to punch holes in processed sheets. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas/departments and must maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures at all times.
Responsibilities:
Complete tasks in manufacturing bus bars, connectors, machined parts, and aluminum extrusions.
Assist with grinding, deburring, spot welding, and other duties.
Involve in iron bending tasks.
Utilize equipment to punch holes in processed sheets.
Cross-train to work in multiple areas/departments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Essential Skills:
Ability to read a tape measure.
Comfortable working with basic hand and power tools.
Possess mechanical aptitude.
Ability to complete training on the first shift regardless of assigned shift.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with tape measure, mechanical aptitude, hand tools, power tools, spot welding, forklift operation, assembly, deburring, and sandblasting.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
