What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customers (phone, internet)
Manage and track all customer communication within our CRM system
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up for all sales leads and showroom visits
Coordinate and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales team members
Support the sales team by maintaining organized workflows and accurate records
Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming dealership experience
Identify gaps in communication or follow-up and proactively address them

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel
Reliable, consistent, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
