Night Shift
Every other weekend is a 4-day weekend (2-3-2 schedule)!
Seeking a Quality Control Technician with 1 - 2 years of manufacturing experience for a full-time 12-hour night shift role. This position ensures product quality through inspections, measurements, testing, and documentation. Shift: 12-Hour Nights (2-3-2 Rotating Schedule)
This position follows a repeating 2-3-2 pattern:
Week 1: Work 2 days, off 3 days, work 2 days
Week 2: Off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days. This rotation provides full-time hours while working fewer total days and results in a 4-day weekend every other week!
Compensation and Benefits
$21$23 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections on parts, components, and production
Use precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Conduct destructive and nondestructive testing
Apply basic SPC techniques to monitor process performance
Review batch records, logs, forms, and documentation for accuracy
Train operators on inspection techniques and Good Documentation Practices
Maintain a safe and compliant work area
Demonstrate company values: Ownership, Workmanship, Never Settle, Team First and Integrity (OWN IT)
Qualifications
2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow documentation standards and Good Documentation Practices
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Experience with measurement tools preferred (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Work Environment
Hands-on manufacturing environment
Requires standing, walking, repetitive tasks, and use of inspection tools
Overnight shift with rotating schedule
