Flexcraft is opening a new manufacturing facility and is seeking a Production Manager to help launch and lead high-performance operations.
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (2-3-2 Rotating Schedule)
This position follows a repeating 2-3-2 pattern:

What You'll Do
Lead production teams in a 24-hour manufacturing environment
Drive safety, quality, and productivity across operations
Serve as a technical leader for blow molding and injection molding processes
Optimize cycle times, reduce scrap, and improve throughput
Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering on continuous improvement
What You Bring
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
Strong technical expertise in blow molding and/or injection molding
Experience leading teams in high-volume production environments
Hands-on, results-driven leadership style
