Coil Binding Operator

We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who can operate and maintain coil binding equipment. This role includes leadership opportunities for someone ready to grow into a lead position while working in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee a coil binding machine for punching and inserting plastic or wire coil
Guide a small team to meet daily production goals
Address mechanical issues and perform routine upkeep (primarily mechanical systems)
Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout each job
Use standard tools for adjustments and maintenance
Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
Work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Requirements:
Mechanical understanding or interest in hands-on work
Comfort using hand tools and learning production equipment
Ability to lead by example and work well with others
Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety
Reliability and willingness to adapt to production needs
Eagerness to grow in a leadership or technical role
