School Bus Driver (Part Time)
NRT Bus, Inc. is looking for a part-time school bus driver in Dracut, MA. No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? Earn a $10,000 sign on bonus (effective March 6, 2026).
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $27.58-$32.00/hour
Paid Training: $20/hour
Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
Schedule: Part time, split shift (AM/PM)
Weekdays only
no nights, weekends, or holidays
Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do
Safely transport students to and from school and events
Drive assigned local routes
Perform pre trip and post trip inspections
Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
Requirements
CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain
we train!)
Valid DOT medical card or able to obtain one
Safe driving record
Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
Ability to pass background check & drug screening
Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
