Travel Spa Coordinator
We are hiring full-time and part-time spa coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. This is a travel-required position between both spas. Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time spa coordinators (36+ hours per week)!

More specifically, our qualified travel spa coordinator:
Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
Supports the general manager and leadership team
Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed
Requirements:
Meevo experience required or highly preferred
Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
