Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Foundry Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with foundry operations, including molding, pouring, and finishing processes
Operate and monitor foundry equipment under supervision
Handle raw materials and finished products
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Support production goals and maintain quality standards
Qualifications:
No prior foundry experience required
training will be provided
Previous manufacturing or labor experience is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift, stand, and work in a physically demanding environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Overtime required based on production needs
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment: Manufacturing. Fast paced. Must be able to lift and or move up to 30 lbs.
We offer a generous compensation package, which includes: Competitive hourly wage $25.00p/h (3-5 years experience), Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401K, Vacation & sick/personal days and Life insurance. $250.00 SIGN-ON BONUS.
