Warranty Administrator

Lincoln Land Rover Jaguar of Melbourne is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to manage and process warranty claims for our facility. This role ensures that all warranty related documentation is accurate, claims submitted promptly, team members and customers alike receive exceptional service through the warranty process. Key Responsibilities:
Review, prepare, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
Verify warranty coverage and ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies.
Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions.
Communicate with team members and manufacturers regarding claims and claim status.
Track claim approvals, changes, and payments, and follow up as needed.
Provide activity reports on warranty activities, and issues with management and other team members.
Assist in resolving concerns or claim escalations related to warranty claims.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in warranty administration, with an automotive brand. Strong organization, time management and communication skills, with proficiency in manufacturer and dealership office software and warranty management systems.
This position operates in an office setting, with interaction in service manager, advisors, technicians, and parts department areas.
