This role involves coordinating orders, communicating with vendors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing to support production needs. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and an effective communicator.
Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing of raw materials, supplies, and equipment.
Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, place orders, and track deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders as needed.
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and supplier information.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and office software.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Previous office/administrative experience is required.
Purchasing or procurement experience is a plus.
Comfortable working with computers and basic systems.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and follow through on orders.
