Position: Customization Operations Supervisor
Department: Operations
Work Location: Arlington, TN, 100% Onsite
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm (ability to work a varied shift as needed including weekends)
What you will be doing:
The Customization Operations Supervisor oversees daily production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing machine utilization (laser, printing), enforcing quality control, maintaining safety standards, and troubleshooting technical issues to meet customized order specifications.
Key Operational Responsibilities:
Production Management: Overseeing daily workflow to meet print, engraving, and finishing deadlines, including handling high-volume or specialized customization requests.
Quality Control & Inspection: Developing and monitoring quality control standards to inspect output for accuracy, color consistency, and precision, reducing waste.
Equipment & Maintenance: Managing, calibrating, and performing preventative maintenance on printing presses and engraving machines to prevent downtime.
Job Scheduling & Workflow: Prioritizing work orders and scheduling staff to maximize machine efficiency and meet customer demands.
Process Improvement: Analyzing workflow and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production bottlenecks.
Team Leadership: Training, coaching, and evaluating production personnel on equipment usage, SOPs, and safety protocols.
Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Troubleshooting: Resolving technical malfunctions and assisting operators with complex, non-routine tasks.
Inventory Control: Managing inventory levels for materials, inks, and engraving supplies.
Reporting: Preparing production, performance, and progress reports for management.
Liaison: Communicating with design and customer service teams to ensure custom specifications are met.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
2+ Years of experience in supply chain/operations including experience in logistics and transportation, inventory management, distribution and manufacturing.
Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to pick up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and ability to work in a warehouse environment
Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, weekends as needed
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
