Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of the Registrar invites applications for the position of Coordinator of Registration. This position reports to the Associate Registrar and works closely with campus constituents to communicate priorities and timelines related to registration, grades, enrollment, and office processes. Must possess a valid Louisiana driver's license and the ability to complete the Southeastern Driver Safety Course.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by hire date
Experience working with diverse populations and ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written form
Experience with Microsoft Office, and a student information system or enterprise resource planning system (Banner, Oracle, Workday).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
University experience in records, registration, or curriculum. Experience with Workday.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills. University experience in academic records and registration. Spreadsheet and data management experience. Must be committed to working with diverse populations.
