Job Description :
Respond promptly to user requests for service troubleshoot incidents, and develop solutions to ensure minimal disruptions to operations
Provide technical support to colleagues, on-site and remote.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, handle their software, hardware and network configuration, ensuring all issues are properly logged.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools on mobile devices.
