Position Purpose:
The Coordinator, Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across systems. This role supports business operations by ensuring data is properly created, updated, and governed in alignment with company standards. The Coordinator partners with cross functional teams to resolve data issues, support reporting needs, and drive process improvements within data management practices.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain master data records (e.g., customers, vendors, products, pricing) across enterprise systems
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in alignment with established data governance standards
Review and validate data requests for accuracy and proper authorization prior to entry
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and duplicates in a timely manner
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT) to support data-related needs and issue resolution
Monitor data quality metrics and escalate recurring issues or trends
Support system uploads, mass data changes, and data migration activities as needed
Maintain documentation of data standards, procedures, and workflows
Assist in developing and improving data management processes and controls
Respond to internal inquiries related to master data and provide timely support
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to data management
Participate in system testing and validation for data-related enhancements or implementations
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Required Education:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience:
• 1 - 3 Years - Experience in data management, operations, supply chain, or a related role
Required Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
