A facility south of Butte, MT is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing to join their Long‑term care team! Housing Provided! Weekly Pay!
Pay: $60/hr (All-inclusive W2 rate)
Interim Director of Nursing opportunity:
Full‑time, 6‑month contract
Schedule: Mon‑Fri; Day shift
Weekly Pay
Housing Provided
Benefits available
Ensure nursing compliance by overseeing onboarding, orientation, and competency validation for all staff (including travelers), while strengthening interdisciplinary teamwork and maintaining clear, two‑way communication between leadership and frontline staff.
Support clinical operations by providing hands‑on leadership when needed, including assisting with direct patient care during staffing shortages, and fostering a collaborative, responsive care environment.
Interim Director of Nursing Qualifications:
Must have an RN License with the ability to practice in the state of Montana
2 or more years of experience as a Director of Nursing
4 or more years of long‑term care experience required
