YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The Global Delivery Hub – Spend and Finance Management drives innovation through SAP Cloud solutions. As a Consultant (f/m/d), you will lead the implementation of intelligent SAP Procurement solutions, primarily integrated with SAP ERP landscapes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise customers on intelligent, end‑to‑end cloud procurement solutions, including SAP ERP, SAP Ariba (Next Gen), SAP Fieldglass, and integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems
Embed AI‑driven capabilities (e.g., guided buying, predictive analytics, automation) into procurement processes to enhance efficiency and decision‑making
Lead the Procurement Technology workstream, ensuring successful, on‑time delivery of complex transformation programs
Recommend innovative and flexible solution approaches that accelerate deployment and maximize business value through AI and automation
Facilitate customer workshops to gather, define, and document business, technical, and AI‑driven requirements
Oversee testing cycles, including validation of AI‑driven scenarios, from implementation through deployment
Lead and influence project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful outcomes
Manage project issues, provide consulting support including AI‑led solutioning and value articulation
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting (SAP development or consulting preferred)
Strong experience with SAP ERP / S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, and AI capabilities within the SAP ecosystem (e.g., Joule, embedded AI, automation tools)
Hands‑on or conceptual experience with Joule Studio and AI‑driven application design is highly desirable
Solid understanding of operational and strategic procurement processes, with exposure to intelligent/automated procurement
Experience leading workshops, including AI use‑case identification and value discovery sessions
Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
Ability to make decisions independently within project scope and responsibility
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Willingness to travel across MEE and EMEA
