Chief Nursing & Clinical Care Leader

The Plaza Assisted Living is seeking a passionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and supervise our nursing team in Honolulu, Hawaii. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. Responsibilities include planning and supervising the nursing department, hiring and training staff, and conducting assessments for incoming residents. The starting salary is $90,000 annually and is negotiable based on experience. This is a full-time, on-call position requiring 40+ hours per week.
