Forklift Operator
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shift for Forklift Operator in the Monroe, OH area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/shift/benefits of Forklift Operator

Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm OT on Saturdays
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program
Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Forklift Operator
Operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and transport materials in the warehouse
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Inspect forklifts daily for proper functioning and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of Forklift Operator
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
