We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our JSI team in Bangor, Maine.
JSI, an LSI Industries company, is trusted by North America's leading grocery and retail brands to create innovative and eye-catching display fixtures and millwork. For more than 30 years, JSI has been designing and manufacturing its display fixtures across its four North American locations.
Job Summary
A JSI Double Check Specialist will be responsible for reviewing data in the system for accuracy, and the use of several software systems.
Duties
Reviews data for errors.
Other duties that may be assigned on an as-required basis
Responsibilities
Maintains a safe work environment
Follows procedures detailed in the Company Handbook and in other documents
Demonstrates a professional attitude when approaching work assignments
Maintains a positive outlook and offers outstanding customer service to our clientele.
Displays a sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks
Assists in developing solutions to problems
Assures the quality of work produced is acceptable to company standards and specifications
Maintains a good attendance record
Qualifications
High School diploma
Ability to manage multi tasks in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of learning new skills as needed
Must be detail oriented
Job Relationships
Reports directly to Customer Service Manager
Physical Demands
Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally, sitting most of the time, and only brief periods of standing and walking.
Requires minimal travel for training or customer store visits as needed.
