Part Time Janitor
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Job Function: As a janitor you'll work as part of a dedicated team cleaning commercial properties. Our janitors complete various cleaning related tasks as part of their day-to-day duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning restrooms
Vacuum, sweep and mop
Collect trash
Wipe surfaces
Other various cleaning related tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good time management and organizational skills
Reliability and strong attendance record
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
Optional Qualifications:
Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience
Experience using industrial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet cleaners)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently
Ability to climb ladders or step stools when necessary
Ability to perform repetitive motions such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, and vacuuming
