The Warranty Administrator completes claims and reviews/corrects/resubmits claims that have been rejected. You will maintain complete and accurate records for warranty claims and work effectively with other employees to resolve any problems with warranty repair orders. You will also have receptionist and a few sales inventory responsibilities. You will ensure each customer is treated as an individual, with care and respect.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures that customer needs and concerns are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and according to the dealership's guidelines.
Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
Provide Receptionist support for customer inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Identifies, recommends and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
Stock in Inventory vehicles
Submit all Warranty claims
Work with Technicians and Service Advisors to obtain all pertinent information to ensure manufacturer requirements are met
Correct and resubmit any returned claims obtaining Management approval and necessary authorization
Report to Service Manager any unpaid warranty claims that becomes five days old
REQUIREMENTS:
Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects
Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Must be willing to submit a background check and drug test prior to employment
