Pay Scale
Base hourly rate ranges between $23.00 – $45.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer requirements
Verify claim eligibility per factory guidelines
Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting schedules
Follow up on outstanding and rejected claims
Maintain compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
Track and manage warranty parts and required documentation
Stay current on recalls, bulletins, and manufacturer updates
Support service and accounting teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
Automotive warranty administration experience required
Ford warranty experience highly preferred
Dealership experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage a high-volume workload
Familiarity with dealership accounting and reconciliation
