Job Description

Processes purchase orders, invoices, and account payments; Maintains accurate financial records; Reports financial and administrative expenditures; Prepares and supervises the preparation of bills for payment and verifies coding; Performs financial duties related to the Children's Services Act as assigned; Assists in budget preparation and compilation; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Valid driver's license required; Associate's degree with coursework in subjects such as social work, human services, social or behavioral science, business, or related field preferred; Ability to use computers and office equipment to input, retrieve, verify, scan, and research information required.
