The Executive Assistant will serve as a key support resource to the Senior Executive Assistant in managing the Chairman and CEO's calendars, daily operations, and other activities. You will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure that the office of the Chairman and CEO functions smoothly and that the company's top priorities are executed with precision and confidentiality. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and excels at managing multiple projects and competing demands.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman and CEO at the guidance of the Senior Executive Assistant. This includes but is not limited to: calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense reporting
Welcome/greet visitors, answer phones and provide guidance as needed to visitors and employees
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and internal communications on behalf of the Executive team
Track and follow up on key action items and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations across the executive office
Assist in planning and logistics for board meetings, executive offsites, and leadership team sessions
Required Skills & Education Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bachelor's degree
