Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $25-30/hr DOE

Schedule: 8-5pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented DMV Clerk to support vehicle title and registration processes. This role is responsible for ensuring all new and used vehicle transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with DMV regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines while maintaining accurate records and communication with internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process all new and used vehicle transfers in a timely manner
Procure titles for all trade-ins
Update DMV heat sheets as issues arise
Distribute heat sheets to stores on a weekly basis
Notify management of delays or unresolved items
Reconcile DMV bundles and issue customer refunds as needed
Review, clean, and submit DMV schedules to management on a weekly basis
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Obtain prior approval for any overtime worked
Qualifications:
Previous experience in DMV processing, automotive accounting, or dealership operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of vehicle title and registration processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
