Lead Teller

KeyBank - 149 Bank Street - Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day duties for the branch teller line, including scheduling of tellers and coaching to enhance effectiveness; Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and ensure accurate processing of transactions; Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a Banker; Attend and participate in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; Support onboarding and training of new Tellers; assist with Saturday work as directed
