Lead Teller

KeyBank - 3848 South State Street - Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day duties for the branch teller line, including scheduling of tellers, observing, and providing coaching to tellers; Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and ensure accurate processing of transactions; Assist clients in achieving their financial goals and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate; Onboard and train new Tellers to the team; Attend and participate in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
