F&I Manager
We are seeking an experienced, polished F&I Manager to join our team representing one of the most prestigious brands in the worldBentley. This is a rare opportunity to work with an ultra-luxury clientele in a high gross environment where professionalism, discretion, and customer experience are paramount.
Position Overview
As an F&I Manager for Bentley, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, white-glove finance and protection experience tailored to a highly discerning client base. This role requires a consultative approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to present high value protection products with confidence and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
Present finance and lease options in a professional, client-focused manner
Offer and explain protection products (VSC, GAP, tire & wheel, etc.) aligned with luxury ownership expectations
Maintain full compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
Ensure a smooth, efficient delivery process that reflects Bentley brand standards
Structure deals and work closely with lenders to secure competitive approvals
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and financial institutions
Accurately complete all deal documentation and funding requirements
What We're Looking For
3+ years of automotive F&I experience (luxury brand experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration
Professional presence with the ability to work with high-net-worth individuals
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of compliance and menu-driven selling
Ability to operate in a low-volume, high-expectation environment
Experience with systems such as Darwin, CDK, and DealerTrack preferred
