Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: -
Manage and support VoIP platform qualification , including registration, monitoring, calling, and billing capabilities
Support and operate VoIP platforms and customer voice services
Configure and manage ATA devices , specifically Polycom ATA 400
Perform remote device provisioning using TR-069
Support large-scale migrations from legacy voice platforms to modern VoIP stacks
Develop Python and shell scripts to automate validation and testing workflows
Execute and validate REST API calls using Postman
Perform pre- and post-migration data validation using SQL
Write SQL queries for data collection, analysis, and reconciliation; experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio preferred
Troubleshoot SIP/TLS signalling and voice traffic issues
Use Wireshark / packet capture tools to diagnose TCP/IP and VoIP issues
Collaborate with vendors, platform teams, and operations to resolve issues
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills: - Voice over IP (VoIP), Polycom ATA 400, SIP, TLS, Python scripting, Linux system administration, TR-069
Strong experience with Voice over IP (VoIP)
ATA device experience (mandatory) - Polycom ATA 400
Experience with SIP and TLS
Experience with TR-069 for remote device provisioning
Python scripting and automation experience
Linux system administration experience
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Postman
SQL for data validation and analysis
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking
Experience with Wireshark / packet capture tools
Background in Telecom / ISP / ITSP environments
