Are you currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field and looking for hands-on experience this summer? Our staffing firm is partnering with a client in Kent, OH to hire an Administrative Intern for a part-time, 4month contract. This opportunity is designed to provide real-world office experience in a professional environment, with potential to extend based on performance and business needs. The team is also open to candidates with prior administrative experience who are seeking a part-time summer role.

What You'll Do

Review and validate client and internal data to ensure accuracy

Update and maintain client contact information and basic tracking tools

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc projects

Use Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and summarize data

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in college (Business, Communications, or related field preferred) or candidates with relevant administrative experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable learning new systems and processes

Ability to work onsite in Kent, OH

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and gain experience

What You'll Gain
