Administrative Assistant

Are you pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related fieldand looking for hands-on experience that fits your schedule? Our staffing firm is supporting a client in Kent, OH to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant for a 4-month contract with the potential to extend based on performance and business need. The team is also open to candidates with prior experience who want a part-time role with a great group.
What You'll Do

Review and validate client and internal data for accuracy
Update and maintain client contact records and simple trackers
Provide professional customer service/consumer care support via phone and email
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
Use Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and summarize data
What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in college (Business or related major preferred) or relevant administrative experience
Clear, professional communicator with a service-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
System-savvy and a quick learner
Able to work onsite in Kent, OH
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
