licensed residential service professionals

Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, and Drain/Sewer Specialists .

The Role

As a Residential Service Technician, you'll work directly with homeowners to

diagnose, repair, and install

systems in your trade area - delivering top-quality workmanship and five-star customer service every time.

You'll join a professional environment where your technical expertise, communication, and care for customers make an impact every day.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or drains).
Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades - from panels and wiring to water heaters, filtration systems, and HVAC units.
Deliver clear, professional communication with customers - explain findings, provide options, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain safety and code compliance at all times (OSHA, NEC, IPC, etc.).
Work collaboratively with dispatch, management, and teammates for seamless service delivery.
Maintain your company-provided vehicle, tools, and workspace to a professional standard.
Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training.
Qualifications

Required:

Active state trade license (Journeyman/Master Electrician, Plumber, HVAC Technician, or equivalent).
Minimum 2+ years of residential service experience.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces or attics.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:

OSHA 10 or 30 Certification.
Leadership or mentoring experience.
Familiarity with dispatch systems or digital service platforms.
