Racker Position
The Racker is responsible for preparing, racking, and unracking aerospace parts for chemical processing. This position ensures all parts are handled carefully to prevent damage, meet quality standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Places parts on and off racks as needed.
Perform bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure and adequately placed.
Carefully hang, secure, and position parts on racks.
Unrack finished parts after processing and prepare them for inspection or next operation.
Qualifications And Requirements
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Team-oriented with good communications skills
Comfortable around chemical environment.
ITAR Requirement
Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
Physical Demands
Sitting/Standing for prolonged periods of time
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable being exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas.
Good hand and eye coordination and movement.
